Mr. Halabi founded Tetracom 40 years ago, with a vision to develop Lebanon’s public and private sector’s communication infrastructure. Within 5 years he had secured the installation of Lebanon’s largest earth station to date, at Arbaniyyeh. Mr. Halabi then drove Tetracom to develop part of Lebanon’s Microwave, Copper and Fiber networks. In the private sector, he established Tetracom as Nortel’s first Gold Partner in the Middle East, and later oversaw the company’s growth across technologies, and from a single employee to over 100 today.
Prior to founding Tetracom, Mr. Halabi worked as a personal advisor to the Minister of Telecommunication in Lebanon. He was also the Head of Electrical department at Dar Al Handasah Nazih Taleb.
Mr. Halabi holds a BE degree from ESIB with High Distinction in Telecommunications Engineering, an MSc. From Telecom Paris and a Masters with Distinction from Faculty des Sciences in Paris.

Antoun joined Tetracom beginning of 2018, and is currently leading the company’s full transformation and growth, from Systems Integrator into a turnkey Managed Services Provider.
More recently, Antoun was the CEO of Verdun Mall and Head of Business Development of ABC Group, where he drove the development and launch of Lebanon’s largest mall and its department store.
He is also a former Principal at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co. and Booz Allen Hamilton), where he was a member of the Communication, Media and Technology leadership team. During his 10-year tenure, he led more than 30 strategy and transformation projects across the MENA region, in Telecoms, Media and Energy.
Antoun sits on the Board of several startups and established companies in the Tech space. He holds a BE in Computer and Communications Engineering with High Distinction from AUB , a MSc. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nagy has been with Tetracom for over 30 years, starting as a Sales Executive, and growing within the company to become a Partner and its CCO, driving its sales efforts in Lebanon and KSA.
In the early 2000s, Nagy ushered Tetracom’s entry into Security systems and solutions, winning a milestone project with the FSI and the Army, after which he successfully drove Tetracom to market leadership in this field.
Nagy currently oversees Tetracom’s sales efforts across Unified Communications, Networking, Security and Software integration, and all verticals in the Private sector as well as the Public Sector.
Nagy holds a BA in Management from St Joseph University (USJ) and Masters in Marketing from HEC.

As Tetracom’s CTO Said is responsible for all technical teams including pre-sales, implementation and post-sales. Previously, and for 15 years, Said was the Head of Networking within Tetracom, where he designed, implemented and managed converged ICT solutions across both private and public sectors.
Prior to joining Tetracom, Said was a Project Manager at Transnet Holding for 10 years, where he oversaw large scale turnkey projects in Fiber Optic and Microwave Transmission, outside plant and xDSL access networks covering most of Lebanon and Syria territories.
Said holds a BE with High Distinction in Electrical and Communications Engineering from the Lebanese University.
